I educate about how to protect your core, back, and pelvic floor during exercise. What exercise to incorporate in your pelvic health journey, and how to implement this in your exercise regimen. I breakdown specific exercise from head to toe.

I go over how to assess for diastasis recti (DR), what can cause DR, how this may affect your life, and what to do to start healing DR; what exercises to do to feel confident and strong in your pregnancy and postpartum journey.
