Connecting to your body, bladder, and rectum takes awareness when you go from sitting in a car or at your desk, where you may be disassociating from your bladder, to standing or shifting. Your body 'wakes up' and becomes 'aware' again; this is followed by your body going into panic mode and your pelvic floor following suit. At The Holistic Pelvis, we want YOU to have control of your bladder, rather than your bladder having control of you.

Struggling to explain periods or how to manage and alleviate period pain to your teenager?
Pain may be common during periods; this is NOT something to just 'endure.' Part of helping your teenager take care of their body is helping them understand their body. We are here to help YOU support THEM! You and your teenager can come in for a session to learn more and support them through this transition in managing their health!
