4 Weeks to Dry Pants is a supportive, educational workshop designed to help you understand your bladder, reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, and build confidence in your body again — without shame, fear, or quick fixes.
Over four weeks, we’ll break bladder control down into simple, manageable pieces:
Week 1: What’s Normal (and What’s Not)
Learn what your bladder is actually meant to do, common myths around leaking, and when symptoms are your body asking for support.
Week 2: Breath, Core, & Floor
Understand how your breath, pelvic floor, and core work together — and how better coordination can reduce urgency and leaking.
Week 3: Bladder Habits & Behavior Tweaks
Small changes make a big difference. We’ll look at daily habits that may be contributing to leaks and how to adjust them in realistic, sustainable ways.
Week 4: Control, Strength, & Confidence
Build strength and control without over-clenching, and learn how to move, exercise, and live with more confidence and less worry.
This workshop is for anyone experiencing leaks — whether during exercise, coughing, sneezing, or daily life — and wants practical tools they can use right away.
You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and a better understanding of how to support your bladder for the long term.
