This 4-week workshop series is designed to help you understand what your body is experiencing, why it’s happening, and how to support it in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

Instead of jumping straight to exercises or quick fixes, we take a step back and ask better questions  because when you understand your body, everything starts to make more sense.

Over four weeks, we’ll explore:


Week 1: Why am I experiencing symptoms like leaking, pain, or pressure?

Understand what your body may be communicating and what’s actually behind common pelvic floor symptoms.


Week 2: How do my breath, core, & pelvic floor actually work together?

Learn how these systems coordinate  and how improving that connection can change how your body feels and functions.


Week 3: What in my daily habits or movement might be contributing?

Explore how posture, movement patterns, and everyday habits may be impacting your symptoms — and how to make simple, supportive changes.


Week 4: How can I build strength & feel confident in my body again?

Build strength and control without over-clenching, and learn how to move, exercise, and live with more confidence.


This workshop includes guided movement, breathwork, and modifications throughout, so you can participate at your own pace and comfort level.


Designed for all ages (15–110), this series meets you where you are — whether you’re just starting to learn about your body or looking to feel more supported in daily life and exercise.
