3 prenatal visits in-office or in-home or telehealth (anytime during pregnancy)
- Evaluation of strength, mobility, pelvic floor strength and coordination.
- Teach you exercises for a better pregnancy without pain, a better labor and childbirth experience with a low risk of tearing.
- Teach you childbirth positions, how to connect and coordinate your pelvic floor muscles to relax and open for less pushing time and less tearing.
3 postpartum visits in-office or in-home or telehealth
- 2 weeks postpartum- Begin gentle breathing, core, and pelvic floor exercises to improve mobility, reduce pain and leaking. Help you modify daily activities (What OTs do best at!) to reduce back pain and pressure on your abdomen, as well as your pelvic floor. Learn how to protect your core, back, and pelvic floor!
- 6 weeks postpartum- Progress exercises for core, hips, and pelvic floor connection and strengthening. Progress toward desired activities/tasks (walking, yoga, running, lifting, etc) Cesarean scar mobility and healing.
- 12 weeks postpartum- Progress exercises for core, hips, and pelvic floor connection and strengthening. Assess desired activities/tasks to perform as optimally as possible without causing pain, pressure, and/or injury. Address lingering concerns you may have, and develop a long-term program catered to your needs/desires.

- You have trouble getting rid of the "pooch".
